SEBI highlighted that Hindenburg’s report includes a disclaimer about potential short positions, affecting its neutrality
SEBI denied the claim that it hadn’t taken action against the Adani Group
Rejected accusations that changes in regulations were made to benefit Blackstone or any other large financial entity.
SEBI stated that changes to regulations related to Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) were made through proper procedures and public consultation, and not to favor any specific multinational company
