Sathyamangalam Tiger Reserve
Sathyamangalam Tiger Reserve (STR) is a protected area and tiger reserve located along the area straddling both the Western Ghats and Eastern Ghats in the Erode District of the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
It is one of the largest tiger reserves in India, with an area of 1,411.6 square kilometers.
The STR is home to a variety of wildlife, including tigers, elephants, leopards, gaur, sloth bears, and spotted deer.
