Kazhugumalai hillock is a rocky hill located in the Thoothukudi district of Tamil Nadu.
It is home to two important archaeological sites: the Vettuvan Koil, a Hindu cave temple, and the Kazhugumalai Jain Beds, a rock relief sculpture site.
The temple is located on the eastern side of the hillock.
It is a single-chambered temple with a square plan.
The entrance to the temple is through a large doorway carved with sculptures of gods and goddesses.
The walls of the temple are also decorated with sculptures, including images of Shiva, Parvati, Vishnu, and other Hindu deities.
