• Project Udbhav is to rediscover the statecraft and strategic thoughts from profound Indic heritage. 

• Statecraft – skillful management of state affairs.

• Indian army and USI will jointly conduct a Military  Heritage Festival, to acquaint “future thoughts of comprehensive national security”.

• This festivel gives special emphasis on , 

1.  India’s strategic culture, 

2. Military heritage, 

3. Education and Modernisation  

4. Security forces and Atmanirbhar Bharat.

• Project Udbhav seeks to bridge the historical and the contemporary Indian wisdom in Warfare, Strategy, Diplomacy, Statecraft.

• Project Udbhav extends its aim to craft an “Indigenous statecraft vocabulary”.
